How to Be a Good Neighbor: Suzanne Schlosberg Shows Us through Food

Suzanne Schlosberg shows us how to be a good neighbor through food.

Author Suzanne Schlosberg will be talking about her new book, The Good Neighbor Cookbook at Camalli Book Co. on Tuesday, February 1 starting at 6:30 pm.

The Good Neighbor Cookbook focuses on the concept of rebuilding a sense of community one meal at a time. Schlosberg believes that sharing food can turn strangers into friends, boost spirits, and create lasting memories for every kind of event, from baby showers to book clubs. Plus, if that book club discussion ever gets too hot and heavy (Yes, some of us actually hate Eat, Pray, Love), Suzanne can quell the fire with comfort food recipes for sweet potato soup and zucchini and Parmesan frittata.

Suzanne is the author of several  books, including the acclaimed The Curse of the Singles Table: A True Story of 1001 Nights without Sex, which the writer and executive producer of the Sex and the City franchise praised for her fresh, unique voice. If Suzanne can hold her own with the fictional Carrie Bradshaw, who knows what kind of intriguing concoctions she can dream up in her kitchen.
