Do you have a beard, tattoos and that "North West" counterculture look? Dreadlocks perhaps? Do you own a pair of pre-1995 Keen boots? Do you wear flannel? If so, Reese Witherspoon has a job for you. You can be an extra in her new movie "Wild."
The film—based on Cheryl Strayed's memoir about her 1000 mile hike on the Pacific Crest Trail after her mother's death—is scheduled to film in Bend and Ashland this month. Below is an excerpt from the casting call from Extras Only.
IN BEND we are looking for people 25-50 years old. Especially needing men with beards and shaggy hair to play hikers and people who have vehicles (cars, trucks, jeeps,etc) that are pre 1995. Filming will be in and around the Bend area in early to mid October and people will be needed 1-3 days.
