Fiddlehead ferns: A flash in the pan

Don't blink or you will miss the short season of the fiddlehead fern. Tender little delicacies, they are only in stores for a very brief time.

I made mine with fresh spring peas, toasted slivered almonds and an orange scented bernaise sauce. Enjoy them before they are gone for the season!
