One of America's best brewers, 10 Barrel's Tonya Cornett, was on NPR today!
While the topic, "The Renaissance Of American Craft Beer," doesn't exactly sound like news, it's cool that NPR is highlighting the divergent paths microbreweries are taking—sours, Belgians, strong ales, spiced beers. Also cool that they tapped Cornett (the mastermind behind Swill—our new favorite summer beer), the only woman to have won the Brewmaster Award at the World Beer Cup competition (2008). She's joined by Andy Crouch, author of "Great American Craft Brew," as well as Barnaby Struve, vice president of 3 Floyds Brewing Company, in Munster, Indiana during the 40-some-minute program. Crack a cold one and give it a listen.
