It's beyond silly to worry about what color someone chooses for their building—it's also subjective, and borderline discriminatory. Reminds me of this article from when I lived in LA. http://articles.latimes.com/1998/sep/22/lo… I'd love to see our city planners look at the issues in a larger cultural context, and not blindly follow a 20-year-old code.
