Join Beth Lyons, NAMA-certified Ayurveda Practitioner, yoga instructor for tips on raising a healthy, balanced child. Beth has raised her children using Ayurvedic knowledge and has many tips to help prevent/shorten illnesses. We will determine your child's dosha (ayurvedic constitution) then discuss prevention + herbal remedies to support their constitution.
