I am so glad that the Source is seeing what is going on. Why does the County keep kowtowing to the planning commission? This fiasco started a long time ago with the Board of County Commissioners empowering Chris Brown by giving him the post in exchange for his so-called pain and suffering over a stupid fruit stand. Then they empower the CAG - an entity that is suing the County by the way - by putting blowhard Ed Criss on the Planning Commission. Decision by decision the County is giving away the county - literally. The planning commission, in its attempt to gut the county comprehensive plan, is ignoring public input for over a year. Trying to gut it at the eleventh hour is disingenuous at best. They have had the opportunity to participate - just because they don't agree with the public doesn't give them veto power.
