Our mission is to provide all children facing adversity with professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring
relationships that change their lives for the better. We strive to Redefine Possible for kids. Big Brothers
Big Sisters makes meaningful, mentorship matches between volunteer “Bigs” and children “Littles”
ages 6-18. We then provide the necessary training, resources and support for those matches to succeed.
Kids can connect with a mentor in one of three ways: Community Based “Bigs” meet with their “Littles”
2-4 times a month, School Based, matches meet at set times during school hours, and Specialty Mentoring;
The Latino Mentoring Program, 8+9 - targeting middle school youth moving to high school and Big for a
Day- matching a Big with a Little for a fun day while waiting for a permanent match.
