Calm Your Pain

When: Wed., Oct. 26, 12:15-1:45 p.m., Tue., Nov. 8, 5:30-7 p.m. and Wed., Dec. 7, 12:15-1:45 p.m. 2016

This free class helps people with persistent/chronic pain understand how their brain and nervous system participate in and exacerbate one's pain. Attendees will be introduced to Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) and is required prior to follow-up program participation. Designed specifically for people in chronic pain and based on current research.
