Brewhouse salads, hot sandos, burgers galore and more make this popular westside brew pub a hot spot for lunch or happy hour.
Though not actually a brewpub (they do the brewing in Redmond), this local favorite is the first beer stop for many a skier and snowboarder upon returning to town. The voluminous wood-timbered lodge serves standard pub fare along with their signature and seasonal brews. The patio seating, which overlooks the Century roundabout, is an entertaining way to spend an afternoon.
Named after the collective bodies of stunning and cold water in our mountains, Cascade Lakes Brewery is more than 20 years old, and currently brews some beer favorites—their longtime popular Blond Bombshell, a refreshing Cyclops IPA, and the unique 20” Brown, one of the few local brown ales, with toasted malt and hop flavors. Their labels are classic, with a Marilyn Monroe on the Blond Bombshell and the IRA featuring Bend’s famous Flaming Chicken—or Rising Phoenix—roundabout.
