Dr. Paul Lam's “Tai Chi for Health”

When: Mondays, 12-1 p.m. and Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m.

One hour class with warm-ups and cool-down. This class is appropriate for anyone who wants a slower Tai Chi class or those dealing with chronic health conditions. The slow, gentle & simple movements facilitate healing, range of motion flexibility and balance. Walk-in price available Payment and reservations available online.
