This gem is a rustic and wholesome addition to their already mouthwatering menu at Foxtail. While the ingredients will vary, this fall, expect organic grains topped with candied sweet potatoes, hazelnuts, kale, purple cauliflower, a dollop of carrot hummus, a souse vide egg and seasonal greens.

A dish to dream about: This isn’t just another rice bowl slathered in sauce—every ingredient is prepared with care. The egg is perfectly runny, adding a heartiness to the bowl—but vegans can order it without. Price: $10.50

Complementary Beverage:
Dirty house made chai with almond milk. Price: $6.25
