Dry-Land Training for Skiers & Boarders

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Continues through Oct. 31 2016

Pilates class for skiers and snow boarders designed to improve power, core strength and balance. Taught by certified pilates instructor. No previous Pexperience necessary. Dry-Land Training class meets for 8 sessions beginning Oct. 24 and continuing till Nov. 16, on Monday and Wednesday.
