Pilates class for skiers and snow boarders designed to improve power, core strength and balance. Taught by certified pilates instructor. No previous Pexperience necessary. Dry-Land Training class meets for 8 sessions beginning Oct. 24 and continuing till Nov. 16, on Monday and Wednesday.
