A fashion show of restyled and upcycled discarded clothing. Upcycled fashion reduces fashion waste and is one answer to the increasing environmental damage of the fashion industry. Linda Barker of SecondTour Design has been creating distinctive jewelry from repurposed materials for over a decade and participates in numerous Northwest shows.
