When: Thu., July 20, 5:30-7 p.m. and Thu., Sept. 14, 5:30-7 p.m.

Learn to run easier, faster and injury-free in this 90-minute clinic. We’ll go over the four points of Good Form Running, do some drills and take and review short clips of video to help build awareness.
