Gung Ho for Shows: Sisters Saloon Summer Concert Series

Enjoy some summer nights on the patio


The snow is finally starting to melt and the sun is creeping out—which means we can all start to slowly daydream about those warm summer days.

Now, what's a better pairing with that season than some live music? Luckily for Central Oregonians, the Sisters Saloon Summer Concert Series was just announced.

Gather up your friends and head to the heart of Sisters for a couple evenings of music on the Sisters Saloon patio. There are only two shows announced so far, but don't fret, more are on the way. Here are the first two installments of the series:

Cherry Poppin' Daddies

The Cherry Poppin' Daddies have worked with a unique mix of genres throughout the band's history, including jazz, swing, rock and more. Now the group plans to bring a fun performance of Ska-punk to the Sisters Saloon, which is sure to set the series off with good vibes and a bang. These veteran musicians bring many years of experience and talent with them to the stage.

Why not cap off a great Fourth Of July week with some live music? With the holiday taking place on a Thursday, catching Tony Smiley the following Saturday just keeps the good times rolling. Smiley's unique performance style of live looping will keep you captivated and grooving throughout the night.
