“It is humbling and inspiring to be recognized as the Best Company to Work For by our employees and Oregon Business,” Steve Klingman, President of Hayden Homes said in a statement. “We earned the number one spot on this list because of our team members who bring the Hayden Homes’ culture to life and are dedicated to making our world a better place to live.”

The categories were broken down by small (15-34 employees), medium (35 to 99 employees) and large (100 or more employees) companies throughout the state.  Some of the reoccurring themes in this year's top placements throughout the list included things like great flexibility and family-like atmospheres. Hayden Homes was listed in the large companies category.

Hayden Homes was founded in Redmond in 1989. Since then they have provided more than 16,000 new homes throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. They are the largest privately owned new home builder in the Pacific Northwest.
