How To Be Kind To Yourself

When: Thu., June 30, 6-7:15 p.m. 2016

Is it hard for you to be kind to you? In this four-week class, we’ll use the tools of compassionate communication (nonviolent communication or NVC) to find your caring voice and to strengthen it through practice. Continues every week on Thursday till 7/21.
