This citywide free-for-all class will be taught by a team of instructors and feature current routines set to top 40’s music of various genres as well as classic “legacy” routines from Jazzercise’s 50 year history. 35 minutes of dance cardio and 20 minutes of strength training. No dance experience needed. On-site childcare.
