Kids will enhance flexibility, gain strength, and greatly improve balance and coordination through our kids yoga classes. Mindful yoga techniques are important for calming the nervous system, managing frustrations, and improving focus. Plus our kids yoga classes help develop concentration through breathing techniques, enhanced body awareness and healthy movement.
