Kids (age 6 - 10) will enhance flexibility, gain strength and improve balance and coordination through our kids yoga classes. Mindful yoga techniques are important for calming the nervous system, managing frustrations and improving focus. We will explore mindful drawing and art projects. Come make new yogi friends!
