Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

When: Tuesdays, 8:30-10 a.m. Continues through Dec. 12 2016

Kundalini Yoga cultivates inner strength, balance, and relaxation. Through working with the body, breath, and voice, participants begin to find flexibility, clarity, and develop tools to manage stress and create a happy and healthy life. Please stay after class for tea and light snacks.
