Living the Seasons (Women Only)

In winter, we engage with the healing powers of foods and herbs that deepen our ability to be present in our darkness. Through this class you will learn simple, nourishing and seasonally aligned vegetarian meals, herbal remedies and enjoy them in community. Learn what supports your body and energy-systems and how you can proactively enhance your well-being. Pre-registration required.
