Locavore Food School: Handmade Tortillas with El Sancho #2

When: Thu., March 7, 4:30-5:30 p.m. 2019

El Sancho taco shop knows tortillas! You will learn to make your own handmade tortillas and Gordon will cover the proper hydration and mixing of dry masa, shaping, and cooking fresh tortillas. El Sancho is bringing some of it’s signature condiments and fillings for participants to enjoy with their handiwork. This will be a demo and hands on experience for students.
