Bring your baby along as you tone and stretch your body, transitioning safely into your yoga practice. Release tension, especially those achy back and shoulders areas, as well as strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain. Spend quality time bonding with baby while you care for yourself.
