Bend Golf Club is a great place to dine and take in some satisfying jazz. Its a private club that is now open to the public for dining and music events. There is no comparable club in Central Oregon.

The only politics involved here is with the reporter. Must be from The Source, a left-wing rag in Central Oregon. Obviously, this county like others in the state, are going through growing pains with a myriad of items regarding marijuana production. I say, take it slow and easy folks. Once these farms are online itll take monumental action to amend and stop any counterproductive impact on a county. I commend the commissioners for their deliberate, precautionary actions.

Always interesting to hear from our liberal citizens regarding climate change. I wonder how many natural climate changing events have occurred during this spheres billions of years, without man. To point to specific occurences such as wildly different weather patterns, that are normal, we conveniently point to climate change then live with guilt that every thing man touches has a direct and instant impact is ludicrous.

Funny, this crisis shifted from global cooling to global warming and now that neither of those can accurately cover nature - the catch-all is climate change.

I absolutely believe we should live responsibly with our lives and respect one another and the environment. But dont smear me with wild unsubstantiated arguments that lean left, policitally. Straw men only stand so long - so liberals, keep your your statements factual.

How may tons of carbon pollution from wildfires has been released into the atmosphere? How many of these fires could have been avoided by managing our forests responsibly as commercial companies do by thinning and harvesting?

Amazing thought process with our liberal friends that lack logic connectivity.
