Increase athletic performance through the exciting sport of ninja warrior! Through focus and determination you go through the three main components of ninja warrior: gymnastics, ninja warrior obstacles and rock climbing. Have lots of fun, while achieving a stronger body, enhancing your balance, developing coordination and building confidence. Ages 8-12yrs.
