I'm sure some of those winter poops fell through the cracks during the deep snow, and well-meaning owners didn't have the avalanche beacon to search for them. So to speak. Flip side...I often carry an extra bag to bag errants poops from time to time. Just because my dog didn't drop it, doesn't mean I can't help solve the problem.
