WebCyclery Thrilla Series Begins
Cyclocross throws all of the preconceived notions of cycling out the window in just about every way. Instead of riding up and down streets, cyclocross takes place on a huge piece of property filled with trees, twists, turns, narrow dirt roads, sidewalks, run-ups. Riders often have to pick up their bikes and carry them over obstacles. WebCyclery says it's going to be very technical and very fun. Riders can register in advance at WebCyclery or at the race from 5-5:45pm. Each week category winners get free beer from Cascade Lakes Brewery. 6pm. NW corner of Century Dr and Colorado St. $12/race or $40/all four races in advance.
