Rejuvenate, relax and recharge as participants move, breath and build community with other expectant moms! This in-studio prenatal yoga series will reduce your common pregnancy discomforts and tensions, prepare your body for birth and improve your postpartum recovery. All levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.
