Silver Swans Ballet

Silver Swans is an open-level class for all adults 35+. Muscles get a thorough warm-up to build strength and flexibility using ballet form and technique. Developed by the Royal Academy of Dance, this program is founded on research into dance practices for older dancers. $71 monthly / $21 drop-in.
