The US Forest Service is nearing a decision to build a 130-mile off highway vehicle trail system in the Ochoco National Forest. The proposal has been met with much controversy and opposition by conservation groups worried about habitat damage. Below are pictures from McKay Creek where OHV's have done much riparian damage to habitat.
