Sunset Vin + Yin Yoga Event

When: Sat., Sept. 5, 6-7:30 p.m. 2020

This special outdoor yoga event has the benefits of a vinyasa flow class and the restorative and introspective quality of a yin practice. Class starts with warm-ups and some challenging and dynamic standing and balancing poses and winds down with yin stretches as the sun sets!
