Therapeutic Sound Bath

When: Wed., Feb. 13, 5-6 p.m. 2019

Experience a sound bath with chimes, gong and crystal / Himalayan vibrational singing bowls, accompanied with a guided meditation to facilitate calmness and relaxation. Please bring a mat or blanket, a positive intention, and an open heart to enable you relax, rejuvenate and experience the binaural beats the sound bath will create.
