Synergy is offering a 4-week group class program, accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE), to help adults with Type II Diabetes lower HbA1c, decrease complications, and have a better quality of life. Covered by most insurance companies including Medicare and Oregon Health Plans.
