Tweens, connect with other like-minded yogis as you learn yoga flow sequences, strengthening and balancing yoga poses, as well as stress-reducing mindfulness techniques. The group also incorporates journaling and fun candle making activities (materials included). Develop life-long skills that will enhance focus and reduce anxiety. Ages 8-12 years.
