The breakfast and lunch spot in the renovated old house at 14th and Galveston is undeniably popular—just ask the droves of people waiting for tables on any given weekend morning. Staff pick: French toast and a Bloody Mary.
The Victorian now lets its hair down once a month to serve a three-course dinner. The Vic at Night dinners thus far have offered a complimentary glass of champagne, with wine and spirits available at the bar. The first two courses have offered multiple choices each time, including creative and classic salads and soups, pan fried tofu, a Drunken Ribeye steak with a honey Jack Daniels sauce, Chicken Vermouth, Pork Tenderloin Stuffed Chile Relleños, lamb curry and seafood, to name a few.
