In 2008, Jak and Kristin Rands transformed a Dodge Sprinter van into a restaurant on wheels. With a full kitchen inside, Jak Rands cooks up made-to-order breakfast and lunch. In addition to catering and festivals, the Rands drive a daily route around town and can be found at various locations from the hospital to Les Schwab serving burritos, tacos and specialty sandwiches.
