Yoga Class

This free yoga class, taught by Bonnie Walker, CIYT is great for anyone new to yoga! You will learn: basic standing poses, seated poses, simple twists, breathing instruction, posture correction and the art of relaxation. Bonnie teaches hatha yoga with an emphasis on alignment, with individual attention to students.
