Through a moving meditation you will embark on a spiritual journey designed to awaken awareness of Self. This hour long practice builds strength, balance and flexibility while inviting in tools that aid in managing life's stresses. In this classical and holistic Hatha Yoga class you will stretch and tone the whole body in a therapeutic and mindful space. This low-impact practice integrates chanting, meditation, breathing and Asana (postures).
