Yoga Free Intro Class

Many body ailments are a result of poor posture and stiff muscles. Through basic standing and seated yoga poses, you will learn the fundamentals of correct body alignment; improving your strength, flexibility and awareness which promotes well-being and vitality. This class is suitable for everyone! Taught by Nadine Sims, CIYT.
